I send them back in 2 days. They worked perfectly out of the box. I was very happy with them. I downloaded their app and was also happy with how the equalizer was able to optimize the sound quality. Then I decided to update the firmware. Bad idea, I've heard bad reviews about app and firmware updates, but it's been about a year. I thought they fixed the problems. I was wrong. The update tried to go through its process and when trying to download the update to the headphones, the headphones turned off to restart and the application gave an error. The right earbud turned back on as expected. The left receiver could not be switched on. Now it's a paperweight. These are quality headphones, but if an app can ruin them with minimal effort, they're essentially useless.
