Review on Sony WI1000X/B: Black Wireless Behind-Neck In-Ear Headphones with Premium Noise Cancelling by Qui Qui ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am amazed at how well made the product is, just magical!

The price is quite high, but there are almost no alternatives. Some pros: Excellent build quality and materials Comfortable to wear Pretty good sound quality Battery life is good: about 10 hours at high volume with noise reduction turned on Rich equipment: headphones, case, wires, adapter for aircraft, many different ear pads (both silicone and foam) Option to turn off noise reduction Possibility to connect by wire Possibility to partially remove wires for transportation Noise canceling works great, seems even better than bose qc30 Various unnecessary buns that can be configured through the application Support for aptx hd and so far few people have access to ldac Different cons: The earphones themselves are quite bulky and protrude a lot from the ears. They don’t sit very comfortably, even with foam ear pads, they press and hurt the ears a little, although the ear pads are selected by size (I use the medium size, and the small one falls out) Wires in the cold freeze become stiff There is no warning about the imminent battery discharge, they say charge the headphones and immediately cut down The device's charge level is not displayed in the android status bar (this functionality works even for Chinese cheap ones) Can't connect to 2 devices at the same time The vibration is very strong, even the heels tremble from it and only works for calls, it would be nice if it was also used for feedback on some events, for example, turning it on and off Turning on with a long press is not very convenient, why not do it with a short press - it's not clear Very long charging, about 2.5 hours Can't charge or listen to music Media buttons do not work when connected by wire The location of the buttons is not very comfortable, you have to crawl under outerwear It does not remember the previously selected mode, it always turns on noise reduction by default, which, for example, I don’t need more often than I need it and I have to switch back every time
