This is a very large, colorful diaper bag with a good design. It has many pockets and a spacious interior. It appears to be larger than 16x15 - it's a large bag which I find very comfortable. It has a handle as shown in the product description but also comes with an adjustable black shoulder strap. The pockets and design are great - a full size open pocket on the front for quick and easy access to diapers, clothes etc. Under the flap is another large zipped pocket*////// and in front of it are two large ones Pockets Pockets (open) attached to the flap with Velcro (no zipper - quick access here too). On the sides of the bag is a large pocket (plenty of space for a bottle) or two, also open at the top but with an elastic closure to stash things inside. Inside the main compartment - very large, full width and height of the bag - large folded (3-ply) pink reversible changing pad (white on back) - plus a clear pocket - approx 9" x 7" - with zipper lotions etc. D. Both sides have two large open pockets inside. Additionally, there is another inner zipped pocket on one side --- plenty of storage and portability, and the flexibility to choose zipped or unzipped. (On each "narrow" side of this is an interior space, the bag's largest storage compartment. There is a zipper on the top, although it's also open a few inches on each side when the zipper is closed (again, probably for so versatile for everything you need to carry around: diapers, lotions, a change of clothes, toys and stuff for yourself. Bright, fun design and I would use it for a beach or pool tote too - plenty of room to Changing clothes, towels, storing wetsuits, lotions, media etc etc. Large and colorful - very useful and well designed.
