I ordered this vacuum through Revain on 1st November 2021. After 4 or 5 uses - the week before Thanksgiving - the vacuum stopped working for the first time. After making a fuss with him, he tuned in but didn't pick up the phone. I mean - nothing - no suction at all. I contacted Revain support who walked me through a series of steps to try and get it working. It's not like this. They directed me to a number in Canmore which directed me to an email in Canmore which directed me to another number in Canmore. With this last number, I can only reach someone from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. So here I am on a Saturday with a brand new vacuum that doesn't work, dirty floors and a distinct sense of being hunted.
