Attention Buyers! It's a piece of junk! I've done my due diligence and looked at a good touchless soap dispenser. The ones I had before I bought them from a local store and wore them for years - I checked everything out on Revain because the local store doesn't sell them anymore. I read all the reviews and chose this one thinking it had the best reviews. I put my soap in, batteries, put my hand under it and it kept trying to pump but to no avail. Read the directions, take the soap off and put it in warm soapy water? Nothing. On the way back I'll see if the other is feeling better now. Extremely disappointed. I had to laugh too - when it arrived my husband was shocked by its size and said it was an "industrial size" dispenser!
