I bought these for the sole purpose of holding pockets while sharing my homemade spaghetti sauce and I have to say they are great. I used all six packets and shared the sauce. I was aware of the issues people were reporting, so I kept an eye on the weight of the bag. When it started slipping off the clips, I lowered the clips and centered the weight of the bag. It wasn't difficult for me to fold them up for storage. They were so helpful that the pockets filled more evenly and I had less mess to clean up. I like to stock my freezer with groceries and the clips help me fill the bags evenly so the first and last soup bags have the same amount of veggies. I would recommend them just be aware that they are not strong enough to hold a heavy bag without adjusting the weight.
