I like that it's easy for non-technical people (who are not programmers) to understand how things operate in this platform--it seems very intuitively obvious! The user interface has been improved since my last experience with BIMA; however there was still some confusion between what actions were being performed by each button or link when performing certain functions. We realized our users needed something much simpler than other similar offerings out there because they had never used automation tools before. Now we can easily train new employees while creating custom interfaces for them without needing any programming knowledge beyond basic HTML coding skills.We have also created automated emails which solve many of our problems related to sending communications internally.
