These goggles are awesome. Last year my daughter had severe eye strain from blue light from her iPad. She blinked hard twice every few seconds, like a tick. I gave her glucosamine and took the iPad away from her. She now has a Kindle Fire tablet because it has less blue light. These glasses prevented all of her eyestrain problems from recurring. She wears it when looking at computers, tablets and TVs. This is a good product. The style is nice too. We have pink frames and my daughter loves her glasses.
