Pure garbage!
Don't waste your money on this eyebrow pencil. The powder portion is empty! I thought it was a coincidence so I ordered another one and got the same result. I opened one to see what's inside. guess what was inside?! Nothing. total divorce. The pen part works fine. The rest is nonexistent. Absolutely not recommended and will never buy again.
