The ability to create an account for my business with one click of a button was convenient! I didn't have any complaints about this software at all - it's easy to use and gives me everything that i need (and more). It really helped us organize our database by product category so we could easily find what info customers needed when they called or came into the store. This made customer service much easier as well because now reps can quickly look up information instead of having them go through multiple screens each time.
