Headset with good sound. The main goal is online meetings; I'm an engineer and recently got back into the office from the office, but we still do all our meetings online, so I need a good headset for the office. I tried a few different options before finding this HP set that I want to keep. I was told that my voice was clear and loud enough for others and that other people's voices seemed normal to me. When I'm not in meetings, I use them at work for music. Overall, the headset sounds warmer, with pleasant mids and lows. Also, they aren't as clear as some of the cheaper headphones/sets, with slightly rounded highs, which I consider a plus. After a while, I find the accentuated highs quite tiring for the ears. Solid bass, not too hyped; very audible. My side job is an audio engineer and I'm used to using very high quality, flat/accurate professional headphones for recording and sometimes mixing. I'm pretty picky, and while I wouldn't call them accurate, they're still good listeners for the money paid. They're a bit bulky, a bit heavy, so I wouldn't want to wear them all day, but a few hours a day is fine. The headphones muffle the sound around me well enough, which is nice when I'm trying to focus in a meeting while people are talking around me. To be honest I would have preferred no lights but gosh they are good for a smile. :^) I've had it for a week now, so I can't speak to reliability yet. If they stop working in the near future I will update this review. But as far as the effect is concerned, I'm satisfied.
