NOT ALL BRILLIANT - NOT AS DESCRIBED
When I got up to 30 refills of ink that weren't shiny (or metallic) I stopped counting. I didn't want metallic either so I specifically ordered these 100 GLITTER REFILLS, it doesn't mean JUST A FEW GLITTER. Yes, and quite a few metallics. The remaining poles were mostly orange, purple, and gold. No glowing neon. MIXED COLORS is not the same as MIXED INK TYPES. Nowhere in the description does it say I get over 33 pastel and neon flat pens, yet plenty of metal pens. Grrr. return as soon as possible.
- Medium sized 0.8mm pen with low viscosity color ink for smooth, uninterrupted writing and faster writing speed. Then you won't get too sharp lines when coloring. A wonderful gift for color lovers.
