Another failed Chinese product As you know almost EVERYTHING is made in China today, some Products are better than others, others are not. This particular item is on my don't buy list. This is my second time buying this product. The first one worked perfectly for me but didn't last very long in my opinion. The main shower head (no hose) broke after about a year of use I've had shower heads that have lasted much longer, better known brands like Waterpik etc. They cost a bit more but I think will save you time and money for now. On the second shower head from this company (exactly the same), the water flow switch started to fail due to plastic seals inside. watch the video Hope this helps some of you. It won't be long, sorry. It works PERFECTLY in a short period of time, from 6 months to just over a year. FURTHER INFORMATION. I was finally able to pull out the plastic gasket from inside the deflector, which required very thin and precise tools, which wasn't easy. After finally getting the broken seals out, it's working fine again now. However, I've never had a washer/gasket rupture as easily as this time. It was a semi-hard plastic disc that broke into several pieces and fell into the lead. I got a new washer/gasket from a hardware store that is more resilient.
