I like that it allows me to simulate the effects of different scenarios, which helps me make informed decisions. The interface can be confusing at first, but once you get used to it, it's very easy to use. It also has a really good tutorial section, so if you don't know how to do something, just keep clicking around until you find an answer. The tutorials are not always up-to-date, and sometimes you have to wait a while before you find an updated one. Sometimes it takes a while to load, too. Just spend some time using it, and it will become second nature to you. I'm solving problems related to my work. This includes determining the best way to manage my employees' schedules in order to maximize our productivity.
