Nice and cute
The skirt is cute and for $10 don't expect amazingly well made. Tulle not panels. They are simply scalloped strips of tulle attached to elastic bands at one end. It's lined with a thin layer of cotton though, so unlike some of the other grommets sold at Revain, it actually works like a skirt. .
- Occasion: convenient to wear anywhere, very charming outfit for baby birthday, daily life, birthday gift, performances, photography, etc.
