I bought the medium one first as I'm 5ft 9" and 147lbs. After the first 5-10 minutes I felt very cramped. I returned the medium ones and bought a large one. feeling of tightness. With fleece inside, I feel very warm. The polyester/spandex blend is smooth on the outside and won't cling to the outer layer of clothing. I machine wash cold and let them air dry so they don't shrink. They also have no tag (the size is on the inside), nothing chafes against the skin. Is comfortable to wear indoors when the thermostat is turned down is or as an extra layered outdoor protection in autumn and winter. Buy a second pair. Good value for money.
