SUPER upset with this purchase. I'm literally DAYS outside of the 30 day return window so I can't return it but let me share with you how unsatisfying this was. I bought this hand when I was in beauty school (the silicone hand they provided didn't work for what we needed). I had to wait a lot longer for delivery than I should have but that was ok because I was so looking forward to getting it. (I also bought extra nails and they didn't fit) Okay, the hand is coming, I'm starting to use it and I'm falling in love. I tell all my friends about it. Within a week the nails were getting a little tougher than they should be to break and hold up, again it's no big deal. But not even 5 weeks, and the nails don't want to stand up at all, the rubber caps for the fingers fall out so often that one of mine is gone now. And the plastic pieces between the knuckles just started falling apart for no reason. If you want a 4 finger mannequin hand you need to hold your nails when grooming them then this is definitely for you! On the other hand I expect products to last much longer than 5 weeks and am embarrassed to recommend this to anyone. It turns out I have a school budget and can't afford another one, so now I have nothing. Thanks very much!
