Hmmm... where do I start? I really wanted this surveillance system to work, but I'm not entirely sure. This is definitely not a product to write home about! I ordered this surveillance spotlight as an additional surveillance camera for a side view of our house, but it doesn't live up to its promise. First, if you don't already have SD cards, you'll need to buy them to access playback/history. Of course, the installation process isn't too complicated, but it took us a while to figure everything out. Once we got everything up and running, we noticed a couple of issues that were so annoying. After turning on the alarm siren and turning on the light, it took a while for everything to work. When we found that out, we found that the camera wasn't recording the detection. We walked past, stood on camera and nothing, our phones didn't get any notifications. And when we tried to look back to history or live view, we just got "Your video will be ready to watch soon". It's never short. Live view is available from time to time and the resolution is perfect, shows exceptionally well! The only thing I like about this product is that it looks durable and doesn't look cheap at all. I have no intention of giving up this spotlight camera just yet and will provide an update when things improve. But I don't recommend it to others.
