First of all I really like Daisys, that's the main reason I bought this case. Upon receipt, the goods were well packaged and delivered on time. However, upon opening, 3 obvious scratches are visible on the upper part of the chamomile case; (see 3 attached photos). These are not stains as the soft cloth will not remove them. Also there is no instruction how to install the case cover on my computer, it is not easy to install. There are no instructions for the protective film, the quality of which is average. This pack was expensive and I am not at all happy with this purchase, mainly due to the numerous scratches on the top of the daisy case. UPDATE: The seller read my review and sent me a brand new package. This is very valuable, so I'm changing my STAR rating from 1 star to 2 stars. Again . . . Many thanks to the seller for doing everything right and sending a new package. The seller also updated the product with instructions for use, which, by the way, is very useful. Further update: 1 month after purchase, the Daisy Print Case cracked and broke. Poor durability and quality, I think should last a month.
