Review on Playskool SmartSense Exclusive Recordable Stuffed Toy by Ian Krump

I like it! Helped my little one finally fall asleep for the first time. She carries her child everywhere. BUT it stopped working after 1 week. Now my baby won't sleep and cries more when his new toy won't turn on :( I can't return it because it's so attached. Any suggestions for a Hasbro/Playskool replacement? It's numerous sets of new batteries, me just hope that's the problem.I can't turn it on by manually pressing the button or using the cry function.It doesn't work at all.UPDATE!Return the old one within 90 days!All problems solved,thanks And the new firefly has been working perfectly for over a week.I didn't have to change the batteries either, the first one was definitely defective.
