This product comes to you in a very nice and professional packaging. Inside the box you will receive your product and a smaller box in the middle containing the charging cable and some papers. My product was about 50% charged, but I would advise you to fully charge it. The headphones are surprisingly comfortable. I thought they would be a bit bulky due to the extra features along the strip. However, the strap is not adjustable, so if you have a smaller head, part of the strap will not fit snugly around your head. I see this as a problem with strenuous activity. The sound quality is what you would expect from bone conduction headphones. If you haven't tried a pair yet, just know that the sound quality doesn't even come close to that of an in-ear system. However, there is room for this product. I use this for ebooks, podcasts and other audio while still being able to hear my surroundings. If the noise level around you is very loud, this will not work. Overall, this is a good set of bone conduction headphones.
