It worked fine at first, but then it got very warm and eventually stopped charging altogether. It actually gave a good shock last time, but I'm not sure if there was water in the outlet because it was outdoors. Never tried to plug it in again, just requested a return for a refund. I love pink bling and am a bit disappointed that I had to return it. I even bought a pink charging cable to keep everything pretty pink. Excellent customer service when returning an item as well as prompt processing of a full refund back to the original form of payment.
