I really liked this item at first. I bought it with the intention of using it as a blanket in my living room as it gets very cold. I've been using it for about a month or so and unfortunately I'm very disappointed with the performance so far. The first wash was fantastic and the duvet was very soft, no pilling at this point. I've only washed it once but in the last month I've noticed that it's pilling a lot and has only gotten worse over time. First I noticed the lint in my hair and wondered where it came from, then I noticed the lint was stuck to my clothes and when I thought about checking the bed covers I noticed there was a lot of little lint all over the place. That. I'd say I use it about twice a week as I don't usually spend much time in my living room so I'm a bit disappointed that it's falling apart so quickly. I really wanted to like this product but unfortunately the fibers and pellets affected my perception a lot and not positively. I plan on getting rid of this and trying to find another brand of blanket that doesn't lint as it is very annoying/time consuming to roll up all the lint and remove lint from my hair.
