Cooks thin pork chops and steaks about half an inch thick very well and quickly. temperature just right. No temperature control required. My steaks are cooked on Medium Rare for about 3 minutes. I've found that putting thicker items to the back is better and the lid aligns better. Cooking chicken wings takes longer each time you need to use the same size chicken wings. Cleaning is easy with the paper tower. With daily use, no detergent is required. The size is suitable for a small family up to 4 people. I did not have a good experience with this product when I first took it out of the box. But after trying it with steaks and pork chops I fell in love with it and use it almost every day to roast vegetables, meat and bread. I just fried/reheated the "porridge" last night. worked great. Be creative with this little machine.
