I got this mirror because it was one of the only ones i could find to make work on my style of headrest. Not sure why they think everyone has the type that go up and down. Mine are fixed in place, and most mirrors have a strap that goes under the headrest. Anyway, the mirror itself is nice and clear and I could see my baby well. However, the light didn't work at all, nor did the remote control. I kept it anyway because, like I said, not many will fit my car's headrest. Also, I didn't really need that feature because we are not usually out when it's dark. If you need the light, though, definitely don't go with this mirror.
