Too much of. wear for a long time

The product came quickly and was like the pictures - basically. Easily handles my camera gear with supportive padded dividers. I bought it because I didn't want a big backpack. I wanted something small, comfortable and not too burdensome to walk around on my back for hours. And a rain cover included. Smart addition. I just received it so I can't comment on durability yet. However, the straps are not as adjustable as advertised. They can be adjusted, but not enough to lift them off the buttocks. It hangs too low, and even when tightened, it hangs on my back for too long, making it a bit difficult for me to sit up. You have to constantly adapt. The additional side strap didn't hurt either. Doesn't feel safe as it's up to you as you would expect. And it hangs easily on just one shoulder. Not a universal product to switch from one side to the other. It has a natural slant to only one side of your body. That means if you're carrying weight on your back or shoulders for up to 10 hours, you're probably going to be moving it back and forth throughout the day to take some strain off your muscles. Also, it would be nice if it opened up the side of the bag instead of the front for safer access, to reduce the risk of things (expensive cameras and gear) falling out if you open the cover while it's still open located on the body. The side opening reduces the chance of someone coming up from behind, sneaking into the top plate and stealing your gear while traveling.
