The customer support team and training is excellent! Very responsive; always on hand to give us answers when we ask for them. I dislike that it's not as simple as other systems to integrate with Google Calendar or Mailchimp for example. Sometimes the integration doesn't work well at all and you have to manually send the events that should be integrated. That also means that there are errors in your calendar and in mailchimp. Don't underestimate the importance of this software - it makes an incredible difference! We've been able to set up automated emails to our customers who sign up via Mailchimp and then come inside. The benefits far outweigh any initial costs and set-up time. There would be nothing negative to say if only the user interface was better but I think that they're working hard to improve the product. Great service for free. A virtual waiting area which allows clients to receive service before coming inside. It is simple to use and easy to manage. There is a lot of customization to make the system fit in with your brand. The support team is also very good and there is always someone available to help. Coming from a company that uses a more complex system, I was surprised by how easy it was to set up this system. We are able to block out certain days of the week for our reception team. This has eliminated the need to put up signs on the doors and allows us to keep a professional image of our company.
