I rarely write reviews but I really love this product! I've actually used it on everyone in our house! ;) Trimming my eyebrows has always been such a pain. I usually comb them straight up and then use curved scissors to trim along the natural curve of the brow. Then I would go back and trim the ends to shorten them. So I almost always had two eyebrows of different lengths, long hair at the bottom and almost no hair at the ends! It never crossed my mind to buy something that was actually made for that until I saw this product! I won't lie, I was skeptical. But when I opened the box and saw the care that went into the packaging and the beautiful box; I started to worry! The box contains a reversible razor, a shaving head and an extra blade. While there are instructions, it couldn't be more intuitive. ((FYI, there's no battery included, so you'll need to have a AAA device handy.)) The razor itself has two sides (no shaving head): one with a longer blade to shave hair off the blade. Areas like above the eyebrows and a tiny blade for working on details that would normally require tweezers. The smaller blade is so precise it can be shaped into eyebrows! That little blade has been my best friend lately. I love makeup so I always shave off the tiny fuzzes on my face to create a really blank canvas. The tiny blade is perfect for hard-to-reach areas like just under the nose or between the eyebrows. I've even used it to trim the hair around my ears (I have a pixie cut so I'm constantly grooming my hairline). I use a longer blade to get larger areas of fluff on my face. Now for the shaving head: it is very easy to attach as it simply slides over the shaver. It has two sides, one allows you to shorten the length and the other allows you to increase the length. I recommend starting on the long side, otherwise your brows might be shorter than you want. The first pass (from the outside of the eyebrow to the nose) brought out a few hairs, but I realized this is an art. When using the trimmer, move slowly and make sure the trimmer head catches the eyebrow hairs. My hair is blonde so it's not easy for me to see her! Once you find the right angle, keep combing until everything is evenly trimmed. It actually only took me three passes, but I didn't pay attention the first time. You can then use the shorter side of the trimmer head to reach just the outside of your brows to give them a smoother look. Cleaning requires nothing. . I simply used a damp paper towel and wiped the blades. I ran the shaving head through water and let it dry. I've had this trimmer for a week and have trimmed over four people's eyebrows and used it to fully shape a friend's eyebrows. The blade does not appear to be worn at all. I highly recommend this product for making the horrible process of brow trimming easier!
