Great idea for laptop users! I usually sit on a double sofa when I work on the computer and watch TV at the same time. My knees get so hot that I usually grab a blanket and put it under the computer to keep my feet warm. I just started using this device and it cools the laptop really effectively. Although it has two fans, it doesn't make any noise as you might think. It is very quiet, light and cools perfectly. It plugs into the computer for power and does not drain the battery when the laptop is plugged into an outlet. I would recommend this laptop cooler if you want your computer to be more comfortable when sitting on your lap.
