I've spent about $1,000 on car seats in the last 7 years. baby car seat. When he was 3 months old I converted him into a Primo Viaggio Cabrio. Then after 3 years I switched to Britax Pinnacle G2.1 which is top of the range. We were insulted by a man checking his phone while driving, so Britax switched to Chicco MyFit Harness LE. My son is always in the 100 percentile range. He is tall and wide. MyFit didn't make it anymore at 6 years old. The back is shortened and my son was constantly rocking back and forth or leaning forward to get comfortable. Diono is coming. Diono is adjustable in both directions. I set it as wide as possible and my son sits in the back and the seat hugs him. He is very comfortable and I think he can stay in this place until about 9-10. He is now 7 and we have taken the time to write this review, we have had the apartment for over 3 months now and my 5 year old daughter can't wait to get her own. She likes to sit in her brother's place, for her it's a throne. This place is huge. We have a Honda Pilot and at some point my sister will also get a Diono. So you must have room for that giant car seat. Many reviews say that this seat has no plush. That's right. These are no frills, but the age this seat is designed for no longer cares about plush, they want comfort and fit. My son loves his seat and I'm glad I found it. I highly recommend this seat. Revain gives a 3 month return window for this item. So if your child isn't satisfied, simply return it.
