I asked my parents for this tablet for Christmas. I received and let me tell you this is by far the best tablet. I have used different tablets but this one is really easy to use. After I set everything up, everything worked PERFECTLY. I put everything back to wait for the next day when I can use it more. I turned on my computer and connected it to the network. I was very confused because it didn't work (it worked the day before). I tried everything I knew but nothing worked. I then went to Gaomons customer service and asked them a quick question about it. I received a great email and multiple replies to the issue and it was resolved quickly (a mistake on my part). I'm by no means a professional, but I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who asks my opinion. Hope that helps.
