Specify chain length and total length!
This product is decently built but not as described (or at least incomprehensible). In true Revain spirit, I received it on time. The medium 14" collar uses a 12" chain for an overall length of 14". Compare this to the 16 inch chain I bought from Petco. 15.75" chain and 17.75" total length. Now I hope the 16 inch Hamilton chain fits her measurements and has a 14 inch chain and 16 inches overall. Grrr.
