I was looking for a sweatshirt that I could use primarily for outdoor winter activities without needing a heavy winter jacket. So far it’s exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I’ve walked and shoveled snow in below freezing weather with just this hoodie and a T-shirt under it, and was perfectly warm (worked up a sweat while shoveling). Have already washed it once and it came out just like new. I was afraid the quilted lining in the sleeves might bunch at the end of the sleeve, but that didn’t happen. The only minor flaw I’ve encountered is the sleeve length is a bit too long, My normal sleeve length is 38”, but these sleeves are probably 42”. Overall, comparable weight/quality hoodies are three or four times the cost of this jacket.
