Good customer service after a mistaken purchase
Shaving heads are of very poor quality and do not provide a close shave. Lots of burns and stubble. The ones I've replaced (after 5.5 years) are better than these and I've put them back in the shaver. The gear hub on one of the new heads kept slipping and I even changed the position and it still happened so I know it's not my razor. This product is waste of money. I received a full refund on August 13, 2020. from the company with apologies for the bad product. I was surprised and happy at the same time.
