Nothing! Garbage! The holes are too small, there is no direction, the purchased fasteners that should come with the product still do not fit! I didn't want my multi strand to get tangled which was advertised. Then I googled it and it shows that you have to take the necklace apart and put it together like this. I don't remove the clasps, I only wanted to attach them if I had multiple chains and didn't have to break the chain to attach this! The holes in the connector are VERY SMALL TO FIT ANY CAP, EVEN THE ONE ADVERTISED WITH IT! Too bad I can't post a review without a nice star for ALL RRVIEWS ONE STAR ON FUTUTR PROBABLY RRSLLY 0 stars!
