Works perfectly with the included remote control.
However, unlike some other fairy lights, if you disconnect and then reconnect it, it will not return to the same setting you previously selected. It's a problem if you want to control them via a switched outlet or a Wi-Fi connected outlet via a home automation system. You MUST turn it back on using the included remote control after power is restored. So you can't use it with a WiFi socket to achieve "Alexa, turn on my fairy lights". Other than that, they work well.
