I would give 0 stars if I could. My husband bought two of these for our elementary school kids so they can study remotely. At first everything seemed fine. Then 4 months later my son came to me and said his laptop wouldn't boot. It didn't even charge. The following month my daughter also stopped booting. We sent an RMA request to Asus because the manufacturer is said to have a 12-month warranty. The RMA fell into a kind of black hole and we never got a response from Asus. When checking our RMA number, their website just said something like "Our system isn't responding right now" but with typos. We're stuck with two expensive stones. To be clear, this applies to the ASUS Chromebook C423NA-DH02 14.0-inch HD NanoEdge display.
