Review on vCitadel: Enterprise Hosting and Managed Service Provider by John Floyd

I like that i was able to quickly connect to the vCitadel system through my client portal. I also was able to setup new vCitadel customers with ease. There were a few minor glitches and delays but overall it was extremely easy to setup and get working. The only thing that i dislike the most is the lack of support after the initial setup. When i had to get help and they didn't really have the support i needed, it could have been better. They just need to step up their customer support. I am extremely satisfied with vCitadel. The ease of use is amazing and it was extremely worth the price. The support is terrible. vCitadel has made it very easy to setup and setup new accounts and customers. I highly recommend vCitadel. I am solving a need for email and cloud and they gave me good customer service support. The product has helped us get our website launched with high security which was something we were looking out from other providers, and it was pretty much as good as promised by them! Nothing at all really - this is one amazing platform that you can trust completely without being worried about your data safety or privacy when hosted through VCPs like CSP's (like ours). It helps me handle my customer queries very efficiently and I don't have to worry even if they leave negative feedback against my brand.
