I ordered this product to keep a light bandage on my mother's legs. Since they were advertised for use on her arms I figured they would fit her shins which are the normal size for a 5ft 6 inch woman. Although they were easy to cut and stretch, the elasticity wasn't very strong so they didn't stay in place when she got up or walked. I'm not sure if they stretch at all - it's just that the ribbed construction allows them to stretch. I'm not giving this product a bad review as I think it's designed to perfectly cover a cast). If you think you can use it on your feet, it may not work as "creative product abuse". I believe this product will be absorbent, but we don't need to test its absorbency as we were just looking for a lightweight, comfortable bandage.
