The original rating is below. But - they read the review, they say they found the problem and fixed it. They contacted me and gave me a full refund. So it looks like it's worth trying again since it's 25% cheaper than HP. Note that my M479fdw was still reporting low toner levels after changing the chips. Bought these to try and save money. It was a waste of time. I removed the chips from the HP cartridges, added them and installed them in the printer (M479fdw). The printer still thought the toner was empty and kept warning - it's not that bad. But the print quality was terrible. Paint strokes, lines - almost illegible. Tried cleaning the print and running everything on the printer to clean it - nothing improved. Bought new HP cartridges (moaning at the price) and they delivered crisp, clean prints straight away. So it's a waste of money and I recommend you try something else.
