I wear this headband when running. It closes securely and stays on my arm (10.5 inches) which I appreciate as some models are oversized. It also fits perfectly on the Samsung S7 even if I leave my Slim Gel case on it. I don't like two things. A: Firstly, I wish there was some sort of moisture barrier between the back of the strap and the phone. The material absorbs sweat very effectively, so if you're doing high-intensity aerobics, your phone might end up getting wet (and leaving my gel case). helps protect it). Second, the edges of the strap are hard and can cause severe chafing over long periods of time if you wear short sleeves and are unable to position the strap properly. Every time I looked at my watch, it wasn't until later that I realized that it had actually scratched my skin in one spot. It's better now that I'm consciously trying to prevent it, but there are still a few scratches on the strap that are on bare skin. I'm uncomfortable, overall not bad but could be improved.
