Makes tooth sensitivity worse
I come from a family with sensitive teeth and have dealt with tooth sensitivity all my life. After reading the good reviews, I decided to buy it. It doesn't help at all. It actually made my teeth more sensitive. Only toothpaste for sensitive teeth helps. Potassium nitrate toothpaste is good. This mouthwash does not contain potassium nitrate. Whatever minerals it contains, they don't help at all. It might help some, but it got worse for me. Try at your own risk
