I bet the people who buy this mirror will surely know it, but so does the product. :) The large size really helps me keep everything balanced and proportioned. It also allows me to place it a little further on the dressing table and it makes it easier to access my brushes, product, etc. The tray at the base of the mirror also helps with this. The USB cable (if you don't want to use batteries) is quite long, but there's no outlet. I had one from an old phone so it's not a problem for me but worth mentioning. The only major downside that I think almost all of these LED mirrors have is that the LEDs are bluer than the light in the room and this can affect the color balance. Overall really good for getting things like eyeliner and brows right, but think of your colors for blush, contours and such in a different light before you go out.
