This came in a very small box and all parts included - depending on configuration you may have extras. It took me about 5 minutes to figure out how all the pieces fit together, but once I did the assembly it was pretty easy. Like all the others, the included little hammer was not needed. There is definitely a click as I securely insert each part's guides into the slots. Do not press too hard on the frame as this may cause the panels to come loose. I've uploaded pictures of the connectors but that was after the unit was assembled so I don't know how helpful they will be. Wider and lower profile due to lack of space. The supplied hook set is white, but the frame is black. It really doesn't matter much as I enjoy using it. I also used zip ties for extra strength and when the tails are trimmed they are barely visible. They are quite fragile and will move when I put things in the drawers. So if you want something more permanent you can easily create a better base. But so far they are working fine. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a simple and affordable shelving system.
