I was so happy to use this product. It had a crack in the organizer's plastic base which I sealed because I really liked the look of this mirror. However, I quickly found that all the buttons and 1 USB input on the back are completely loose. I need to charge the mirror in a certain position so that it can connect properly to charge evenly. Aside from the fact that the power or volume buttons don't work due to their looseness, the tilt position doesn't stay in place either. While using this as a regular mirror and looking for another brand none of the special features will work. When you turn on the light, you can't play music at the time you want the light to be on. Even when playing music at a very low volume, the indicators will flash on and off. Certainly dissatisfied, disappointed to say the least.
