Review on KonaSearch by Ken Desens

I like how quickly we get in touch with anyone at our organization to address any issues that come up during implementation so they don't feel left out! We have seen an increase of new users being able sign-up & stay involved throughout the year (new school/year). And all their previous years' students are staying connected using this system. A very well designed program overall which gets better each time it is updated or improved upon from initial release!! Would love if there was more content offered outside just homework assistance via assignments - but as long as its something within scope then i can keep looking forward every update date. The benefits include greater student retention rate since most past class will still be accessing online after leaving campus through different methods than before such as facebook /Twitter etc., less paper work due to online resources provided by konasearch instead of having 3+ books per subject available when you I like that it is integrated with Salesforce so easy to pull in contacts and leads. Also very intuitive to use. The reporting features are great! It's not as robust as other solutions out there but what we do need can be built on top of the platform. We have been able to solve our lead conversion problems by using this software.
