These tiny tartlet tins are perfect for a variety of dishes - I've mostly used them for tarts. They have a super non-stick feel, are helped by a little oil or butter, and bake evenly. I like the removable base, if you press from below the cake pops out easily and the base never sticks to the dough. I love that they are reusable, for the same price as a set of disposable skillets, meaning you get a lot more bang for your buck. My friend says they are very easy to clean, although I can't confirm that myself. (I cook, she does the dishes haha.) This is exactly what I was looking for and I would buy them again if I want to make more than 6 cupcakes at a time.
