To be honest I am blown away by the quality of this tool. I was also incredibly happy about it. This lasted a day and a half. For starters, it's incredibly stiff and difficult to twist out of the box. This can cause the blades, which are frankly very loosely attached, to slip and stray. Adding lubricant can make this problem worse. And take it apart to try to line everything up and remove the grease? The blade attachment is so unreliable that it literally took hours to find the right balance of pressure so adding the final blade didn't cause the whole thing to explode like a failed game of perfection. If I don't like a product, I usually stop buying it from the seller. But that? I want my money back yesterday. I'd rather shell out full price for Iris.
