Review on UHURU Wireless Lavalier Microphone Set with Multiple Mic Options, Rechargeable Bodypack Transmitter & Receiver - Ideal for PA Systems, Cameras, Teaching, Video Recording by Erick Roby

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nothing that cheap gives studio quality, but it comes close.

Very well made. Durable and has a certain weight. The cleanest sound I've found in this price range. I've tried several lavalier mics around this price and they've all been pretty useless due to poor sound quality, background noise, hiss, etc. unusable for recording (I record video). Most of them were good when used live, but for some reason they had a serious drawback when used for recording on any device. Next to. It has a great, almost crystal clear sound. There's a very faint hiss in the background, but it's almost inaudible, and to hear it you'll have to turn up the volume. Live video or video calls us absolutely crystal clear. It feels like it's metal rather than cheap plastic with some weight, so it doesn't feel like it's going to crush if you press too hard or fall on it during recording or anything. It has multiple channels and volume/gain controls, although all channels seem to work well and equally. You may need to change channels if the wireless connection is disrupted, but in a room with lots of wireless devices I've never had any problems on any channel. I can't give 4.5 stars for sound quality so it gets 4. It's not studio or professional Vausio quality but it's very close and at this price point ($58 when I bought it) I think that it's the best you'll find.

Pros
  • Quick change
Cons
