I had high hopes for this pillow
Will be back. After two nights on this pillow I have terrible pain in my neck and shoulders. Note: The neck area of this pillow was too high; The arm cutouts cannot be used when placing a regular pillowcase on top of the pillow as it is not loose enough to fit into the cutout. You need a larger case or maybe a fake. If you're really struggling with your neck disc, I'm not sure this pillow is for you. Also the top returns instructions say to put it in the original packaging. I don't know how to stuff a pillow in a cellophane wrapper.
